Investments & Treasury

The Investments & Treasury Services Department manages Corporation investment assets, coordinates and assists with all banking services. It also administrates the Corporation’s procurement card program.

The Investment and Treasury Department manages funds for both short and long-term investment. The board of directors provides policy guidance and oversight for the funds. Board investment policy can be found at The board of directors assigns guidance and oversight duties to its standing Investment Advisory Committee. The Investment Advisory Committee meets their duties in part through detailed Statements of Investment Philosophy and Guidelines. Four long-term pools are directed by these guidelines documents: the Corporate Pool (pdf), the OPEB Pool (pdf), the Endowment Pool (pdf), and the VEBA Trust Pool (pdf).

Assets managed include those owned by the Corporation as well as gift assets held in the Campus Programs, Endowment and Life Income funds. Treasury Management

The Investment and Treasury Services Department provides assistance with all Corporation banking activity. This includes all deposit and change order activity, establishment of merchant I.D.s for the processing of credit cards and several PayPal solutions for web-based sales. The Investment and Treasury Department assisted with the development of, and administers, the Corporation’s procurement card (p-card) program.
