Notice of SQL System Maintenance

Every Sunday starting at 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM

The Cal Poly Corporation Information Technology department performs system maintenance tasks on the SQL Database servers every Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 11:00AM. The goal for the weekly maintenance is to improve overall system performance. While the systems will be up and running during that time, system may become sluggish during this maintenance window. We would advise that you not use the system during this window if possible.

Scheduled Systems Downtime


The Cal Poly Corporation Information Technology department is implementing a standing system maintenance window. This will allow IT to perform maintenance on systems without having to always notify users. During this maintenance window any of the systems could become unavailable, including BOE, IFAS and Network resources (such as J drive, etc). We ask that you do not use our systems during this maintenance window as they may become unavailable to you during this time period.
