Annual Survey Results
Cal Poly Corporation is committed to providing exemplary services to its campus customers. The information received from customers provides valuable insight into the future development and improvements of corporation business and commercial services.
Depending on their use of our services, customers are asked to complete an online survey from one or more of the following service areas: Corporation Administrative Offices, University Store, Cal Poly Print & Copy, Campus Dining, University Catering and Sponsored Programs Administration.
The Corporation’s target response rate goal is 10% or greater of its population groups, per survey. This goal response rate provides a desirable sample size to analyze the data and increases the likelihood that the responses accurately reflect the views of its customer base.
The surveys spans in a range of topics including customer service, employee knowledge and expertise, communications, and product/service pricing and quality.
