The Corporation designated $1.9 million in residual IDC revenues for University research development for the year ended June 30, 2011, a decrease of $380,000 from the prior year.
Total contract and grant research expenditures for the year ended June 30, 2011were approximately $22.0 million, a decrease of $3 million from the prior year,primarily due to a $2.7 million (17%) decrease in Federal expenditures. Fiscal 2010-11 expenditures consisted of: Federal expenditures of $12,873,300, State expenditures of $3,405,400, Local Government expenditures of $793,600, Other tax exempt entity related expenditures of $2,601,200, For-Profit expenditures of $1,658,200, and Contributed Services of $732,000.
