Changes Happening in Human Resources
Earlier this week it was announced that after more than three and a half years of dedicated service to the Corporation, Jennifer Wharton (pictured) will be leaving her role as director of Human Resources for an exciting career opportunity in San Luis Obispo.
Her last day will be Aug. 5.
“I have had such a great experience at the Corporation and have cherished my time working with some amazingly talented and dedicated colleagues, both on my team and throughout the organization,” Wharton said. “I will truly miss so many friends that I have made.”
Recruitment to fill this role has already started. In the interim, the Corporation’s director of Marketing and Communications, Ellen Curtis, will be serving as HR director.
Corporation leadership also announced the promotion of Jennifer Luedtke to assistant director of Human Resources. In this role she will assist the future HR director in overseeing the day-to-day management of Human Resources staff. Luedtke has been with the Corporation since Nov. 2012 and has served as a Human Resources manager for four years.
