The end of the year is coming up, and there are a few items that may require attention. 

The last payroll of the year is scheduled to be paid on Dec. 30 and any CPC employee who is not enrolled in direct deposit will have their check mailed out on Dec 29, due to the office being closed from Dec. 26 – Jan. 2 for the holiday break.

In the new year staff who are not already signed up can get paid faster with direct deposit. It is available to all Cal Poly Corporation employees.  To sign up, please complete the electronic form here. 

In preparation for W2 printing in January, please make sure the Corporation has the correct mailing address. This will ensure that the W2 form is mailed to the correct address. Staff can disregard this if they have opted into electronic receipt of W2 form.
