Last week the Corporation launched the Fall 2023 Employee Engagement Survey to help CPC leadership further their understanding of staff sentiment and continue work to create a culture that is collaborative, supportive, innovative, accountable, engaging and respectful.

On Monday Aug. 21, Gallup sent an email with a link to participate. 

The survey closes this Friday, Sept. 1.

Employees who haven’t seen the email should check their junk or Other folder for an email from [email protected]. 

The survey will take approximately one minute to complete. All individual responses will remain confidential and will only be reported as a group. It’s also mobile friendly so staff will be able to complete it on a smart phone.

This is the next step in CPC’s continual work to help better understand where leadership are meeting employee needs and discover opportunities to improve. This is part of a broader employee engagement and satisfaction study that will be used to determine ways to improve the employee experience at the corporation and help build a thriving workplace culture.
