How to Get IT Support

The Cal Poly Corporation IT department recently merged with university ITS as part of the larger IT centralization. But worry not, CPC still has a dedicated technician who is onsite, easy to contact and quick to respond. There are many ways to request support. 

Cal Poly Portal
Login to your portal, and click on the Tech Support link in the left column. Enter your email and then submit a ticket. 

ITS Website
Login to and click on the REQUEST SUPPORT button about halfway down the page. This page is also helpful in that it offers options to get password help, download software, connect to WiFi, set up VPN and more.
