Facilities Management and Development, Environmental Health and Safety, and Transportation and Parking Services participated in Open House 2019. All ran 1/2 page ads in the Mustang News Open House special edition and were present on social media. Transportation and Parking Services also hosted a Free Ride Friday Contest to help ease Open House traffic and promote sustainability. Customer Satisfaction Survey Campaign
A&F launched its Customer Satisfaction Survey in May. Social media, public relations, advertising, and community outreach supported this effort. As a result of the campaign, the response rate increased year over year and was “statistically significant.” The campaign received an honorable mention from the MARCOM Awards. Recognizing Our Success Campaign
In June, all A&F employees came together to recognize the division’s success for the 2018-19 academic year. Collateral and videos were created to support this important annual event.
Mustang News Coverage
Mustang News is the main source of news on campus and solely student-run. CPC Marcom assists student reporters in getting the information they request, correcting misinformation, and helping to ensure A&F is represented accurately. This process is an excellent example of Learn by Doing. In Spring Quarter, there was plenty of Learn by Doing with A&F units receiving multiple media mentions.
