Welcome Back Video

Following a year and a half of remote work, Cal Poly’s Administration and Finance Division began a phased repopulation of campus in September 2021. In support of the effort a repopulation campaign – Our Future Reimagined – was developed to welcome staff back to in-person work and help reengage, reenergize and ease their transition.

This comprehensive campaign created marketing and communication elements that culminated in a Fall Event that safely brought members of the division together to showcase the projects and work that helped successfully lead the university through the pandemic. The Fall Event ended with a Welcome Back video that recognized the accomplishments of the past 18 months and offered a look to the future.
