What’s Cookin Mustangs Video Campaign

Pre-pandemic Cal Poly Campus Dining’s Cooking in the Canyon program invited students, faculty and staff to in-person teaching kitchen sessions to learn a new themed culinary skill and accompanying dish. During the pandemic, Campus Dining took the teaching kitchen virtual, offering lively video sessions for the campus audience to tune in to continue their culinary journey. These edutainment videos were led by the Campus Dining registered dietitian and showcased tips as well as recipes that are healthy, delicious and easy to make.
