Cal Poly Corporation has Requests for Proposal, Requests for Qualification and Requests for Information available online when applicable. Any changes to document specifications or opening dates and times will be available here. Unless requested, documents will not be mailed or faxed to vendors. We suggest all interested parties contact the administrator if there are questions pertaining to the RFP or RFQ. Faculty and Staff Housing Neighborhood Project 2 and 3

The Cal Poly Corporation is requesting proposals from firms interested in developing a faculty-staff housing project to be built on the campus of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. The project will be comprised of rental and/or for-sale faculty-staff housing and supporting neighborhood improvements. The proposed scope of services shall include design, entitlements, infrastructure, and unit construction. Additional proposed services may include marketing/sales, customer service and property management. Update: submittal deadline is Sept 1, 2022.

biomass processing and Removal

Cal Poly Corporation (an auxiliary organization of Cal Poly State University) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to remove/process biomass produced during a large scale forest fuels reduction project at the Swanton Pacific Ranch (SPR) in north Santa Cruz County. It is expected that the selected contractor will work with Cal Poly consultants, staff, faculty, and students to plan and execute this work starting in Fall 2022, with substantial completion by Spring 2023.
