CPC regular-benefited employees, who are in good standing and have worked for the corporation for more than 12 months, may be eligible to participate in the CPC Educational Reimbursement Program – established to provide an opportunity for employees to continue their education and be reimbursed for some of the costs associated with the degree program. Eligible employees may take courses at Cal Poly or other higher education-accredited institutions with administrative approval. The degree program must be work-related or part of a Career Development Plan relating to a career within Cal Poly Corporation. Fee reimbursement is limited to the equivalent tuition and fees required for six units or less at Cal Poly.
