Flexible Spending Account – Benefited employees may set aside pre-tax dollars each year to pay for eligible medical expenses (includes unreimbursed dental and vision expenses also).
Dependent Care Account – Benefited employees may set aside pre-tax dollars each year to pay for child care or other eligible dependent care.
NOTE: both the FSA and DCA programs are administered by HealthEquity. The FSA and DCA programs are administered on a calendar year. Employees can elect an FSA or DCA at the time of hire or during the CPC annual Open Enrollment period (Sept/Oct).
