Regular, benefited employees are eligible to participate in the CPC Vision Insurance Plan at no cost (CPC pays the monthly premiums). The plan is administered by MetLife and provides coverage for employees and their eligible dependents (spouse, registered domestic partner, children up to the age of 26). Employees may use preferred VSP providers and have benefits paid at a higher rate or use an outside provider and pay the additional costs. The CPC MetLife PPO plan includes numerous VSP providers plus Costco Optical.
