Facilities Operations


The Facilities Operations and Capital Projects department oversees the construction, maintenance and repair of all corporation-owned buildings and grounds. These facilities encompass approximately 184,000 square feet of food service and professional space. Our group is responsible for critical building infrastructure including HVAC, water and electrical systems that need monitoring and repair, as well as roofing and painting that require upkeep and maintenance. We ensure the campus community has comfortable spaces, and safe accommodations.


  1. Oversee long range planning, design and engineering of larger scale projects
  2. Manage small scale projects with planning and implementation
  3. Ensure critical building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. are operational
  4. Maintain kitchen equipment
  5. Keep fleet vehicles running
  6. Plan and oversee renovations and additions
  7. Oversee procurement of resources and materials
